I started JMG Designs/janinedesign.com to continue my love of design in floral, graphic and jewelry media. I specialize in Polymer clay, sterling silver and semi-precious gemstones. Jewelry for any occasion and any love such as music, pets photographs of your loved ones. I takes pride in work that reflects the customer needs and style.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to
offer a refund on the cost of the item purchased or exchange on any
items within
15 days
of your receipt of your purchase. Please email me atinfo@janinedesign.comto let me know you would like to request a return or exchange. I'm sorry, but there is no refund on shipping/handling charges.
When returning your package, please include the following:
1) Unworn item(s) in its original condition
2) A copy of the original invoice if one was provided.
3) Please let me know the reason for your return -- I strive to provide the best possible service and product for my customers.

Repairs
If you receive a damaged product, please let me know within 7 days of
receiving the product to be eligible for a no-charge repair.
Repairs
outside of 7 days from your order are subject to availability of
materials/type of materials and degree of repair. Please email me with
your problem and I will quote you whether there is a repair fee.
Crediting Your Returns
I will credit your account on the card used for purchase once the return
is received or through Paypal if that was the method of payment. Please allow 10-14 days for credit to be processed. Please
note it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your
statement. I'm sorry, but there is no refund on Shipping/Handling on
returned merchandise.
