My top 5 places to go in Massachusetts

August 12, 2018

Since living in Massachusetts for 37 years, I have an opinion or two on where to take visitors to see Massachusetts.  I did include a few tourist spots that would be easy to get to and not so crowded most of the time. Massachusetts has some real gems to offer travelers. I tend to focus on shopping, sights and restaurants when I travel. What does this have to do with my jewelry company? I love to visit boutiques when I am in a quaint little New England town and I hope my boutique is a spot for travelers in the near future.

 Here is my list:

WWI Memorial Park

If you have kids this is worth a stop. Located in North Attleboro. A suburb closer to Rhode Island than Boston. This state park is a hill that starts with a free zoo at the bottom (bring quarters to buy feed), then a really large tube slide, smaller kiddie playground, splash table, multiple playgrounds and picnic areas as you reach the top. At the top there is a beautiful area to take selfies of the land below you. It has a very large sandbox near the top and plenty of grills/ picnic areas. The top of the park is pictured above. Best part is-it’s totally free. To learn more, click the link
